Jays Care Foundation is the charitable arm of the Toronto Blue Jays. Each and every year the Jays Care Foundation makes tremendous impact by using baseball to teach life skills and create lasting social change for children and youth in marginalized communities across Canada.

We had the privilege of working with this incredible organization for many years designing their community reports. These reports documented and captured the memories and significant achievements the Jays Care Foundation made each year.
